Casting
Features
- A resin concentrated through condensation of urea, melamine and formaldehyde. Excellent in high strength, collapse resistance and anti-crack performance, with reduced odor for a low-odor binder.
Applications
Used as a binder for foundry sand to enhance the precision and strength of casting molds.

Fiber
Features
- Imparts a resilient tactile feel after processing without generating Chalk Marks. Particularly excellent chlorine resistance prevents yellowing and strength reduction caused by chlorine treatment. Maintains outstanding chemical stability when blended with various fiber auxiliaries such as water repellents, softeners and antistatic agents.
Applications
Used for core processing, crease-proof and anti-shrinkage processing of cotton and synthetic fibers. When processing non-woven fabrics, it enhances the hardness of the final product.
